- BEQ and Delivery Schedule spreadsheet This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirements-type strategic contract for the repair of multiple NSNs required to support the ALQ-161 PACU, the E-3B/C AWACS aircraft in sustainment of the AN/AYC12 Mission Computer, the AN/ASQ-184 and the AN/AYQ-10, Avionics Control Units (ACU), F-15 C/D Very High Speed Integrated Circuitry Central Computer "Plus" (VHSIC CC+ or VCC+), and for the AP-102 Fire Control/Mission Computer. Contract will be a five year contract and shall include a total of five (5) individual ordering periods; each ordering period shall be open for ordering for a period of one year. A description of the Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) and delivery schedule is contained in the attached "BEQ and Delivery Schedule spreadsheet." The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, CAGE: 1WQX4, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The Government does not possess the technical data necessary to support this acquisition. Foreign contractors are advised that foreign participation is not permitted.
