- Solicitation Document, includes Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUOTES BY THE DUE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED TO SARAH.E.RIZNER@USCIS.DHS.GOV. This is a firm fixed price procurement for an effective evaluation and survey software tool that will allow training professionals to design and deploy the right evaluation/survey to the right students in order to provide metrics back to senior leadership on effectiveness of the training. Vendors shall submit technical documentation with their quote which outlines the product quoted and demonstrates their ability to meet the requirements as specified in the Statement of Work.
