- The United States Air Force through Air Force Support Center (AFSC) at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is intending to procure repair service of line items cited below for a FFP Requirements Contract. This is a sole source repair effort. •1. Estimated issue date and estimated closing/response date issued 22 June 2015, Closes 22 July 2015. •2. RFP# - FA8119-15-R-0034 •3. PR# - FD2030-15-00476 •4. Nomenclature/Noun - Inertial Navigation Element •5. NSN - 1420-01-163-8424 NT •6. PN - Input 750600-0003 or 750600-0004, Out Put P/N: 750600-0004 •7. Application (Engine or Aircraft) - AGM-86 Guided Missile •8. AMC - R 3/C - Acquire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the acual manufacturer. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Approved source: Northrop Grumman Guidance and Elect, cage 06481 •9. History - N/A •10. Description: -Line Item 0001: 1420-01-163-8424 NT: Input P/N: 750600-0004 : Repair of Inertial Navigation Element which is nuclear hardened unit encased in hardened metallic alloy, with dimension: 36 ft L x 29.80''H x 30.50'' W. Weigh 96 lbs. Quantity: Add more quantity to current contract, Option III: 11 each -Line Item 0002: 1420-01-163-8424 NT: Input P/N: 750600-0003 : Repair of Inertial Navigation Element which is nuclear hardened unit encased in hardened metallic alloy, with dimension: 36 ft L x 29.80''H x 30.50'' W. Weigh 96 lbs. Quantity: Add more quantity to current contract, Option III: 22 each -Line Item 0003 - qty 1 lot, Data Item -Line Item 0004 - qty 1 lot, Over and Above -Required Delivery - 4 each per month starting 90 days ARO. 11.
