This is not a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition as the government does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The vendor submitting an alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The approved sources are: NORTHROP GRUMMAN AEROSPACE, INC. CAGE 768231 and MARATHONNORCO AEROSPACE, INC, CAGE 08844. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the solicitation issue date16 MARCH 2015 closing on 16 APRIL 2015. DELIVERY: 400 days after receipt of order.
