I) Attachment No. 2 - Project Drawings, DBEH 11-1535E Attachment No. 1 - Project Drawings, DBEH 11-1535B FA2521-15-B-0007 - Invitation for Bid (IFB) The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the release of an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to Repair Water Distribution Lines, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS), FL. The requirement is to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to repair by replacement, buried potable and fire water lines. The scope of the work includes installation of fire water lines in the Space Museum area; Chemical Injection System for potable water in the ITL area; fire water lines in the Central Industrial Area; potable/fire water lines supporting wharf operations in the Port Area; potable water lines in the Flight Control Road area; 16" fire water lines along Titan III Road; fire water lines in the Pier Road area, and new fire water lines at Launch Complex 41. Install back-flow preventers, associated potable water fittings and hardware as required. All work shall be as indicated in project Drawings and Specifications. This acquisition is a 100% competitive Invitation for Bid to 8(a) Small Businesses. Competition will be limited to 8(a) firms within the geographical area serviced by the Region IV and limited to the state of FLORIDA ONLY, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area, and the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) BD Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 900 Calendar days. The construction magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. *****NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS IFB UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS.
