- The non-personal services to be rendered under this contract shall consist of the implementation of a program of music at Prussman Chapel. The contractor provides services as the organist/pianist for Fort Carson Gospel Community. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement. These services are to be performed without direct control supervision by any U.S. Government employee.
