- THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE OFFERED AS A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. Western Federal Lands Highway Division has an ongoing need of providing, supervising and managing labor for Information Technology (IT) Support Services. Support services will be provided on-site at Western Federal Lands, 610 East Fifth Street, Vancouver, Washington. Required services include but are not limited to Desktop support services, Help Desk services, work infrastructure support, Web page development, Server and Networking support, Computer Aided Drafting software support, database management, IT warehouse operations, hardware/hardwire services, telecommunications services and software programming support. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code is 541513, and the size standard is $27.5 million. The Government contemplates award of an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of the solicitation with an estimated ceiling of between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 31, 2015 All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database located at SAM.gov prior to award. Registration information for SAM may be obtained by accessing the Internet website at http://www.sam.gov. PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS, as well as offeror's submitted questions and applicable response.
