- Description
- The Pine Bluff Arsenal and Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA) have a requirement for Global Positioning System (GPS) Fleet Tracking Services for emergency response vehicles to include fire and security vehicles. The contractor will install, test, and activate the equipment, provide on-site repair or replacement of defective equipment, software upgrades for both hardware and software, updated mapping databases, training to Government personnel, continuous live tracking, and maintain historical records. CAAA has 150 vehicles and Pine Bluff has 25. This procurement will be competed as a 100% small business set aside, NAICS code 519190/$27,500,000. The solicitation, scope of work and specifications will be available on or about June 5, 2015. The solicitation and specification will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check these sites daily for any posted changes. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the of the same.
