- Revised meeting notice - Revisions establish that in-person attendance has reached seating capacity and that the agenda has been revised to include a large/small business mixer. Additional language is highlighted in yellow. UPDATE: As of 05 June 2015, the in-person meeting has reached the seating capacity. Any requests received for in-person attendance in excess of the seating capacity will automatically be reverted to virtual attendance. Instructions to attend virtually will be emailed to attendees in advance of the meeting. In addition, the agenda has been revised to include a small/large business mixer at the end of the event in order to further promote teamining/subcontracting arrangements. Revised language is indicated by means of yellow highlighting in the attached meeting notice.
