- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, WI has a requirement to repair land drainage at Building 1760 at Fort McCoy, WI. Solicitation W911SA-15-T-0203 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and Part 36. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 60 days after the notice to proceed is issued. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $36.5 Million. This procurement will be 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The RFQ will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov approximately 48 hours after the pre-solicitation notice is posted. Quotes will be due approximately 15-21 days after the RFQ is posted. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The date, time, and additional information concerning the site visit will be posted with the RFQ.
