- Draft International Affairs Section J Attachments (zip file) Draft International Affairs Section L attachments (zip file) Draft International Affairs Section M Draft International Affairs Section L TEAMS Draft International Affairs RFP Draft RFP Cover letter The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) releases the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0024, for the Agency's "International Affairs" contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. MDA encourages industry input, comments and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on June 19, 2015 and may be submitted to TEAMS_IntAffairs@mda.mil, subject line "TEAMS Int Affairs RFP". As you review the draft RFP you will see an opportunity to submit a request for an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) determination and a Cybersecurity Plan for a non-binding assessment. These are due no later than July 1, 2015. This draft solicitation is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and proposals are not requested. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of services. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future.
