- NSN 1660-01-355-1931, Purchase Request 0056199239 will result in a Definite Quantity, Fixed-Price Contract for a quantity of 8 each, Duct Assembly, Air Conditioning-Heating, Aircraft I/A/W Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, Part Number 65312-12191-043. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. FOB at Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Higher Level Quality System required. Total delivery: 127 days ARO to stock location. Unrestricted acquisition applies. Other than Full and Open competition applies. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW BOA. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is June 22, 2015. The anticipated closing date is July 7, 2015.
