- Attachment C; Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment B: 508 Assessment Template Attachment A: Wage Determination Request for Proposal The Administration on Children and Families, (ACF), through services provided by the Division of Acquisition Management, Program Support Center, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will be issuing a solicitation to provide Program Support for the Division of Policy and Training (DPT) within the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE). Through this contract, the successful offeror will provide support with developing, interpreting, and implementing child support policy and training which is a critical function that is important to HHS' mission and operation.
