- F4 Channel Rehabilitation, Tropicana Flamingo, Las Vegas, Nevada. The project consists of Remove and reconstruction concrete channel walls and invert, maintenance road, channel fill, post and cable railing from Sta. 25+24.766 to Sta. 25+61.00 for Base Bid Items and from Sta. 25+61.000 to Sta. 26+64.000 for Option Item. The estimated cost range of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Estimated duration of the project is 330 calendar days. This solicitation is an IFB Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. This procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z299, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $36,500,000. The acquisition will use FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures for award. All interested firms must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts. The solicitation will be available on or about July 21, 2015. All offerors are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process.
