- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC PACIFIC) intends to award a sole source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to increase the contract ceiling on N66001-14-D-0041, awarded to Centurum Information Technology, Inc. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This contract provides depot support services such as fabrication, manufacturing, re-manufacturing, restoration, repair, overhaul, and calibration involving electro-mechanical, mechanical units (both ground and airborne), assemblies, subassemblies, and test equipment for fleet and shore facilities worldwide and other DoD activities. The anticipated period of performance will NOT be extended. The current contract will expire 19 March 2019. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS Code) is 334290. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all inquiries received within 15 days after date of publication of this Special Notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any resulting procurement would be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.
