- Attachment - Notice of Intent Ad: Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government San Antonio, TX. Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 2 years for approximately 12,075 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 12,075 RSF at 10127 Morocco Street, San Antonio, TX which expires July 19, 2015 under GSA lease number GS-07B-14417. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. Delineated Area: San Antonio, TX Northern Boundary: East Rhapsody Road and West Rhapsody Road Eastern Boundary: Sandau Road Southern Boundary: Interstate 410 Western Boundary: West Avenue Lease Term/Occupancy: Two (2) years. Occupancy by July 20, 2015. Expressions of interest must be received no later than June 12,2015 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
