- limited sources documentation provisions and clause matrix The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Raytheon Oakley Systems, LLC for the acquisition of the renewal of InnerView software license and professional services support for the period of August 27, 2015 through August 26, 2016. Raytheon Oakley Systems has not authorized any other companies to be resellers of their InnerView Software. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 'Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is June 11, 2015 at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to yokita.m.davis@usdoj.gov. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. The Government is requesting discounts.
