Description
HSCG38-15-Q-200007 CORRECTED PRICE QUOTE SPREAD SHEET 1 Amendment 0002: Solicitation HSCG38-15-Q-200007 is amended with following items: 1. Price Quote Sheet Attachment 1 is changed, labeled as Corrected Price Quote Sheet Attachment 1. 2. SOW Attachment 2, Paragraph 5.1 is changed to read: 5.1 General Repair The Main Rotor Shafts and Tail Rotor Spiders shall be repaired in accordance with the OEM's most current CMM and shall also include repair and/or replacement of all related components. Components shall be repaired for the specific fault for which they were returned. A DD Form 1577-2/1577-3, Unserviceable (Reparable) Tag-Material, or CG-1577-A (11-90), Unsatisfactory Report Tag, will be attached to each non-RFI item describing faults. The Contractor shall perform an inspection and correct deficiencies found. This shall include, but is not limited to, replacement of missing or broken parts and the removal of any foreign matter or corrosion. 3. SOW Attachment 2, Paragraph 5.3.1 is changed to read: 5.3.1 Failure Data Report Notification If, after visual and functional inspection, an item is found to meet manufacturer's minimum performance specifications and requires no parts or labor, or the part has been deemed BER by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor will be allowed the firm-fixed price reflected in CLINs 0001a/0002a of the Schedule for Test/Evaluation. A report, identical to failure data report described in Para. 5.1.2, shall be prepared and included with all returned components, indicating the USCG's reported failure and the fact that no fault was found or why the part was deemed BER. A modification will be generated for price adjustments and disposition instructions. The parts that are deemed BER will be marked accordingly and returned to ALC, or scrapped at vendor's facility. Contractors are allowed the scrap fee reflected in CLINS 0001b/0002b and subsequent CLINs for each contract period of performance. CONTRACTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SCRAP ANY MATERIAL UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY USCG WITH MODIFICATION. 4. SOW Attachment 2, Paragraph 8.1 is changed to read: (a) All serial number tracked items under this contract shall be inspected and accepted by the Contractor. Within five (5) working days following the receipt of component(s), the Contractor shall provide written notification of the following to the Administrative Contract Specialist. 5. SOW Attachment 2, Paragraph 10.1 is changed to read: The required delivery schedule for the Main Rotor Shafts and Tail Rotor Spiders are (120) calendar days After Receipt of Material (ARM) and all required documentation at Contractor's facility. 6. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes in not extended.
