- Description: MUSIC THERAPY RECLINER This is a Synopsis for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance FAR Parts 13. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire equipment for the Miami VA Medical Center at the best value to the government. It is the intention of the Government to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ) VA248-15-Q-1342 NAICS Code: 337122 size standard of five hundred (500) employees in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Price contract. In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email encrypted. Emails shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. The electronic solicitation is announced on June 5, 2015, the offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO-8, Site Team Miami. Interested firms must be registered in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and questions must be submitted in writing to the following email address: gwendolyn.law@va.gov.
