Description

Modification 06: The pre-solicitation notice issued on May 13, 2015 is modified as follows: 1. Contractors questions and Government responses are provided in the attached file for information purposes. 2. Sub-criteria B under Selection Criteria 7, Small Business Utilization, is changed to read: Sub-criteria B - Utilization and participation of small business concerns for this contract. All offerors shall provide information regarding the participation of small business concerns in this contract. Identify in terms of dollar value and percentage of total proposed price, the extent of work to be performed as the prime contractor and the planned usage of SB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, SDVOSB and HBCU/MI. Identify each subconsultant by name, discipline and size status. Utilize $30,000,000 as the total proposed price. 3. There is no change to the response date/time of June 18, 2015, 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
