- Description
- DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, constructing twelve (12) riser pipe grade control structures in Sharkey, Issaquena, and Washington counties, Mississippi. Principal features of the work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, backfill, embankment, miscellaneous items, control of water, engineering fabric, stone protection, corrugated metal pipe, erosion control, lime treatment, concrete work, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendor's List (IVL) at http://www.fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to posted solicitations. Issue date on or about 26 June 2015. Bid Opening date on or about 28 July 2015, 14:00 hours. This procurement is a Total Small Business Setaside and issued under FSC Code Y1PZ for a firm fixed price contract.
