- SECTION M FOR INDUSTRY REVIEW DRAFT OF MATOC SOW FOR INDUSTRY REVIEW ***REPLY NLT 15 JUNE 2015, 1100 EST**** The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, FL is seeking capabilities from 8(a) small Business concerns for the purpose of seeking industry comment from small Business 8(a) concerns on attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and draft Section M for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction performed under a design/build or just build process at MacDill AFB and Avon Park Air Force Range, Avon Park, FL. The work will be accomplished for the 6 AMW, USCENTCOM, USSOCOM, JCSE and other tenants located at MacDill AFB, FL and Avon Park Air Force Range (ACC), Avon Park, FL for a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Performance is expected to start on or around 15 March 2016. This is a Request for Information (RFI) Pursuant to FAR 15.209(c). Reference the following provision, FAR 52.215-3, REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR PLANNING PURPOSES (OCT 1997). (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" may be used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This RFI is issued for the purpose of conducting market research and to gain industry input for informational and planning The attached SOW to this RFI will provide the General Performance Requirements. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Please note: The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. INFORMATION REQUESTED: 1. Comments and concerns regarding SOW: provide general information identifying areas of concern regarding the attached SOW. 2. Comments and concerns regarding Section M: Provide general information identifying concerns about the attached Section M. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: One electronic copy shall be submitted no later than 15 June, 2015. Email the electronic RFI response to carlos.mayorga.1@us.af.mil.
