Expressions of Interest sought GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WI City: Kronenwetter Delineated Area: Highway 51 west, Highway 29 north, Bull Junior Creek South, Camp Phillips Road to Pleasant Drive east Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 225.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 236.25 Space Type: Office (225 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 Firm Term: 24 Soft Term: 36 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: [Enter any Additional Requirement] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a hundred year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (225 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in Kronenwetter, WI. The current lease will be expiring 11/30/2015. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
