- Solicitation will post NLT 10 June 2015 The goal of the Chapel Youth Ministry Program is to provide quality ministry to Chapel and Community youth through religious instruction, fellowship activities, mentoring programs, ministry and service projects that will enhance spiritual growth and improve quality of life. The Contractor shall provide appropriate opportunities for Sixth Grade, Middle and High School students to develop a religious based framework and take necessary action to implement or execute those opportunities. Such actions shall include, but not limited to, the following: weekly meetings with a religious emphasis; finding volunteer opportunities and recruiting volunteer support; special retreats; ministry and service projects to supplement the weekly programs; performing visitation and mentoring of individual youth; timely providing lists of required supplies; and publicity needed for the program.
