- The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 on behalf of Close Combat Systems (CCS), is seeking sources to provide the following item: 1-Total Eclipse Professional Voice Reporter Version (VoX) Software which shall include 1 year of updates/upgrades, year round support, and Bettye Keyes Manual 1-Lenovo ThinkPad T440p (Enhanced) Laptop, i7, 16GB, 240GB SSD, 3 Year Warranty, Custom Configuration with VoX software 2- Talk Tech Sylencer SmartMic SM100 1-Andrea USB Mic Adapter (MA) 1-Key Insurance - Tran 1 Year 1-Dragon 12.5 Professional Edition Runtime Version The Total Eclipse Professional Voice Reporter Version (VoX) is a windows-based, Computer Assisted Translation (C.A.T.) software for voice reporters using Dragon Naturally Speaking as the input method. This specialized program has been developed for the reporting profession with custom features that enhance recognition, accuracy and transcript production rates. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interests and capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, information pertaining to experience on previous similar activities, specific computers and any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. All information is to be submitted via email (10MB limit) at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity; large or small. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number, and email address. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email. Interested firms/companies are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualification data NO LATER THAN 12 June 2015 to the US Army Contracting Command.
