- Statement of Work SCA Wage Determination Contract Area Map Solicitation This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for a commercial item acquisition that has been tailored to fit the Government's method of trading goods for services. The Arrowhawk Stewardship project is designed to reduce fuels, improve forest health and restore aspen. This contract specifies timber removal, which includes approximately 1,082 CCF (535 MBF) of sawtimber, this includes approximately 1,060 CCF (524 MBF) of Jeffrey pine and 22 CCF (11 MBF) of white fir. Work required by this contract includes activities such as restoration of skid trails, temporary roads and landings to a higher degree than typical, felling and removal of nonmerchantable material 4" to 7.9" dbh to a landing, removal or felling and piling of nonmerchantable material 1 foot tall to 3.9" dbh; and removal of slash, stumps and cull logs off National Forest System lands. Any resulting contract will be a service contract with provisions for timber removal.
