- The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Solicitation, Provisions, Contract Clauses, and Statement of Work. This project involves construction of a 6 Unit Bathroom with showers with accessible parking, gravity sewer system and dump station. It will include demolition of existing bathroom building, abandonment of existing septic tank and drainfield. Morganton Point Campground South loop between campsite 16 and 18. From Blue Ridge, GA take US 515 north for 4 miles to GA Hwy. 60; turn right and go 0.5 miles to stop sign. Turn left, go 1.5 miles to the town of Morganton, GA. In Morganton, turn right on Lake Dr and the Campground is on the left. Estimated Start Date - September, 2015 Contract duration - 180 days Completion Date - March, 2016 A non-mandatory prebid tour is scheduled for June 25, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site.
