NAICS Code: 221112 Estimated Quantity: 422,090,000 kWh Destination Information: Electricity and ancillary services for ultimate transfer to the Department of Energy Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS) located in Portsmouth, Ohio. Delivery Schedule and Duration of the Contract Period: The Government is soliciting offers for a 24-month delivery period from August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2017. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement and the document constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
