- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC - Fort Bragg has a requirement in support of the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) for repairs of Government-owned Access Control and Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) Systems at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement will consist of twelve (12) months (26 June 2015 through 25 June 2016) with two 12-month option periods. All options will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 17.206(a). The Government intends to award a Time and Materials type contract for this requirement. This acquisition will be solicited as a Small Business, HUBZone set-aside, under National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $20.5M. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The solicitation will be available on or around 28 May 2015. When the solicitation is issued, it may be downloaded by accessing https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. No paper copies of the RFQ will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov.
