- This is a Synopsis for herbicide treatment of Dam, Overlook, Office, Tail Water & Spillway at Patoka Lake in Dubois, IN. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to complete the herbicide treatment of Dam, Overlook, Office, Tail Water & Spillway at the areas specified at Patoka Lake, located in Dubois County, Indiana. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. This RFP has an approximate issue date of 08 June 2015. Services will begin on 30 June 2015 or date of award (if later) and continue through 31 December 2015. The contract term shall be from the date of award to 31 December 2015 with 3 possible option years 01 January 2016 through 31 December 2018. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS 561730 ($7.5M). Award for this procurement will be based on Low Price. The Solicitation will be available by download from the Internet only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
