- Statement of Work Chapel Retreat Combo This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 575 Tuskegee Airman Blvd bldg. 418, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to acquire chapel retreats for married and single airmen. The contractor shall provide lodging, meals, meeting spaces and recreational activity opportunities IAW the attached Statement of Work.
