- Solicitation N39430-15-R-1654 will be issued on or about 6/12/2015 and proposals will be due on or about 7/13/15 @ 5pm EST. The Governments requirement is for EMS Web application maintenance, programming, and administration support services for the Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), Environmental Code, Port Hueneme, CA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511. This will be a 100% set aside for Small Business. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 6/12/13 at URL https://www.fbo.gov/. Proposals will be evaluated on a Best Value/Tradeoff basis in accordance with the resultant solicitation. The Government intends to award a single indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders.
