- Notice of Intent to Extend Period of Performance and Contract Ceiling For Contract M67854-10-D-2200 The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to issue a sole-source modification to increase the maximum dollar value and extend the performance/delivery period under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract M67854-10-D-2200 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Mission Systems and Training, 497 Electronics Parkway, Syracuse, NY, 13221-4840, for non-personal services for life cycle management support for the AN/TPS-59(V)3 Radar System. The performance/delivery period is being extended due to Governmental delay in providing Lockheed Martin with the modified Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) system software necessary to integrate and test the IFF System Mode 5 Modification Kits into the AN/TPS-59A(V)3 Radar System. A synopsis was released on 06 May 2009; no written responses were received. The MARCORSYSCOM Small Business Office concurred, and continues to concur, with the decision to not set aside the procurement as this is simply an increase in contract value and extension of the performance/delivery period. The requirement itself remains unchanged. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. All communications shall be in writing to the Contract Specialist, Mr. William R. Waggoner, at william.r.waggoner1@usmc.mil, and must be received no later than 4:00 PM, local time, 16 April 2015.
