- DESCRIPTION: The Army Contracting Command- New Jersey, on behalf of the Product Director Test, Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment (PD TMDE), is issuing a market survey to identify potential sources who are able of providing the Integrated Family of Test Equipment (IFTE) Maintenance Support Device-Version 3 (MSD-V3). This is a multipurpose standard at-platform automatic test system that is used throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) at all levels of maintenance to test and diagnose highly complex military communication equipment, other electronic commodity equipment, missiles, aircraft and ground vehicles to identify failed line replaceable units. The system also provides DoD maintainers the capability to host Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and/or specific application software and to upload/download mission data or software. PLANNED ACQUISITION: This notice is being issued for informational purposes only and is not a solicitation nor does it obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice and does not intend to do so. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: All responsible, interested sources responding to this notice shall include information regarding their capability to provide MSD-V3 in accordance with the attached specification.
