- On August 29, 2014 a Request for Proposals (RFP) was published with the intention of selecting a contractor to provide and perform the construction of the Community Referral Hospital at Saint Michel de l'Attalaye in the Artibonite Department of Haiti. The due date for proposals in response to this RFP was October 15, 2014. Subsequently, USAID/Haiti formally requested all offerors to extend the validity of their proposals until October 31, 2014. However, as the requirement is no longer needed by the US Government, this solicitation is cancelled. USAID/Haiti recognize and thank you for the time and resources you have contributed to this effort. We hope you will continue to be interested in future business opportunities with USAID. his solicitation (SOL-521-14-000058) is cancelled as the requirement is no longer needed by the US Government.
