- Solicitation Number: AG-7335-S-15-0009 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office in Stillwater, OK will solicit for Martin/Carey Wetland Reserve Program Restoration in McIntosh County, Oklahoma under AG-7335-S-15-0009 on approximately April 16, 2015. The work will consist of construction/enhancement of wetlands on new WRP easements including constructing several deep and shallow water habitats, constructing one swale, constructing five short embankment, installing four welded steel conduits and slide gates, installing two inline water control structures, planting vegetation, and placing fertilizer. The magnitude of the project is $100,000.00 to $2500,000.00. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $25.5mil. The Product Service Code is Y1QA. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Site visits will be publicized in the solicitation package.
