- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole-Source Contract The 771 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award a sole source contract to Dun & Bradstreet Inc., 4350 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 650, Arlington, VA 22203, for subscription services for the purpose of in-depth market intelligence and financial capability research for Air Force strategic sourcing initiatives under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a Period of Performance of 23 April 2015 through 22 April 2016. The NAICS code for this requirement is 518210. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
