- Statement of Work Solicitation Solicitation for Bus Transportation Services Contract 17th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 707, 210 Scherz Blvd, Goodfellow AFB TX 76908-4705 is issuing a solicitation for Bus Transportation services. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, and equipment necessary to perform Bus Transportation Services at Goodfellow AFB, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set aside IAW FAR 19.5. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 485510 and the small business size standard is $15 million. Performance period will be April 10-12. All requests for clarification relating to this RFP must be brought to the attention of the contracting specialist SrA Ryan Keller at 325-654-5216 or ryan.keller.2@us.af.mil. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive the award. SAM information can be obtained at https://www.sam.gov/portal or calling at 866-606-8220. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopss.gov/ and clicking on Vendor Notification Service Area to register. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
