- PR 55926670. This solicitation will contain NSN 5845-14-576-2319, Transducer, Subassem. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-15-R-0573, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 7 each. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 480 DARO based on PLT estimate. Approved source is CAGE F8294, P/N 44030786AD. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review April 1, 2015. NSN is not a commercial item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on April 1, 2015. Solicitation issue date is on or about April 17, 2015. Solicitation closing date is on or about May 18, 2013. The estimated award date is on or about Jume 30, 2015.
