- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ***This is a Small-Business Set Aside*** The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (Oct 2001); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. A site visit will be conducted on 10 April at 1:00 P.M at 144 Military Drive, Jackson, MS 39232, in the USPFO-MS conference room. Information provided at this site visit as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedure relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed price contract. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 P.M., 1 May 2015, to USPFO-MS, Attn: MAJ Josh Ulrich, USPFO P & C, 144 Military Drive, Jackson, MS 39232-8860. Quotes are preferred to be emailed to joshua.j.ulrich.mil@mail.mil or faxed to (601) 313-1569.
