- The Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO) will solicit a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide full time Emergency Room (ER) Physician services at Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, CA. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number is W91YU0-15-R-0001. Period of Performance: 01 October 2015 through 30 September 2015, with four optional years ending 30 September 2020. Prospective offerors will be able to download the solicitation and any supporting documentation from the ASFI website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. Contract award is anticipated to be on 1 July 2015. Offeror must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
