- This is a sources sought announcement. Requirement: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation and materials and any other items or services necessary to perform maintenance and repair of the refuse incinerator plant at Camp Zama, Japan. The incinerator plant is manufactured by Hitachi Zosen Co., Ltd therefore the contractor will be required for business/technical collaboration agreement with the manufacturer. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable.
