Description
Performance Work Statement Request for Quote Solicitation The purpose of this contract is to replace existing RF Transceiver cards and to purchase a secondary control unit to operate target systems. The requested equipment includes: (60) Data Transceiver cards, (1) Range Master Control System, ruggedized laptop, (1) Range Control Interface RF, (1) Mobile Antenna Kit and a Service Contract for 1 year. This equipment will allow USARJ to employ, maintain and operate RF target systems on approved frequencies throughout Japan. The requirement also is to replace current transceiver cards that operate on an unauthorized frequency channel with reprogrammable transceiver cards that operate on the authorized frequency. The service contract portion of this requirement - provides 2 site visits per year for a period of 1 year with the option for 1 additional option year and covers: Test for proper operation all components of the target systems. Repair as required for any non-functional targets. Check and adjust MIT drive cable, electrical connection, target stops, carriers hardware. Clean battery terminals and charger connections. Service SITs, MITs and SATs per requirements in the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Train personnel on operations and maintenance of the equipment. Provide Scenario Development Training. Clean the computer files and reload Range Master 9000 and update computer as required. Service will cover all additional equipment purchases directly relating to the operation of the Deployable Range Package (DRP) KIT.
