- RFP with attachments The Government is issuing an unrestricted full and open procurement for the production, delivery and ancillary services of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO) Type II, NSN 6830-00-808-9530 and bulk Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Type II, Grade B, NSN 9135-00-965-2526 for f.o.b. Destination delivery to various sites in Japan, and South Korea. ABO shall meet specifications IAW MIL-PRF-27210J dated 7 Aug 2013 and LN2 shall meet specifications Grade B, IAW CID A-A 59503C dated 3 Mar 2011. The ordering period for these locations will be from 1 Oct 15 - 30 Sep 20. The Government intends to award multiple Fixed Price Requirements type contracts. Award will be made to the offeror determined to be the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Best Value Source Selection Process. Specifically, the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source selection Process will be utilized in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written or emailed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
