- P15PS00137 IGF::OT::IGF, P15PS00137 - JEFF ENCAUSTIC TILE FLOORING The project entails rehabilitating the historic encaustic tile floor in courtroom 124 at the Old Courthouse. The main purpose of the project is to preserve and protect as much of the historical fabric as possible for future generations. Scope of work to include salvaging existing tile and clean mastic and filler material from tile and reinstall to the greatest extent possible supplemented with newly sourced encaustic tile to match existing to cover the entire floor. In addition, the concrete sub floor will be replaced in its entirety with new reinforced concrete slab prior to tile installation.
