- Requirement for the 34th Director's Award Ceremony This Sources Sought does not in any way constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and as such, shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does NOT intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice, nor otherwise pay for proposal preparation costs supporting submission of a response to this Source Sought. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. Contractors providing information under this Source Sought may be afforded the opportunity to submit a proposal in response to an issued RFQ. In combination with additional market research, the Contracting Officer may evaluate Contractor size/socio-economic-status for set-aside considerations. ACTION: All sources capable of providing these services are requested to respond to this Sources Sought announcement via e-mail to kathryn.oravitz-weeks@usdoj.gov briefly (one paragraph or less) providing information on the following NO LATER THAN, Friday, 27 March 2015, 0900 EST: 1. Delivery Schedule: a. The contractor is available for 20 - 21 May as outlined in section 1.2 of the PWS. b. The contractor can hold 350-400 personnel as outlined in section 1.1. of the PWS. c. The contractor can provide hotel room blockings for 70 - 80 personnel that are individually booked as outlined in section 1.1 and 3.1.3 of the PWS. d. The venue is within one (1) mile of 1750 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA as outlined in section 1.1 of the PWS.
