- RFI-HAZMAT-15 The United States Postal Service is requesting information from interested parties to provide immediate reaction air transportation and supporting services for the transport of bio-hazardous material and accompanying U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) personnel from and to designated airports in fully dedicated jet aircraft with the capability to transport passengers with cargo exactly as specified from anywhere in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) or Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) to anywhere CONUS or OCONUS.
