- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-15-R-0008 for project management and technical support for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence Reporting Analysis (BIRA) systems. This is a 100% small business set-aside competition, anticipated to result in a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) pricing arrangement. The prospective contract will have a three year base period with a two-year option period. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million. The small business office concurs with the above acquisition strategy. RFI N66001-15-R-0008 was electronically posted on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page under SSC Pacific Market Surveys on 11 September 2014. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC Pacific - Open Solicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. Matters posted on the web site are not terms of the solicitation unless the solicitation is written or amended to include such matters. It is estimated that the solicitation will be released in May of 2015. FIRMS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE WEB SITE REGULARLY FOR UPDATED INFORMATION. The incumbent contractor is Booz Allen Hamilton Corporation which previously provided support under contract number N00178-04-D-4024-7N02.
