- Description
- A one-time presolicitation conference will be conducted on 16 April 2015 at Rose State College in Midwest City, OK, beginning at approximately 1:00 P.M. CST. Each company is limited to three attendees, and must register no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on 6 April 2015. All requests should be sent via e-mail to andre.casiano@us.af.mil AND kimberly.delong.2@us.af.mil. Failure to submit all required information by 6 April 2013, 3:00 p.m. CST will preclude an individual's eligibility to participate in the presolicitation conference. Each presolicitation conference attendance request must include the following information: full name (first, middle, last), name of firm representing, position/title, and email address/contact information. All costs for travel, meals and accommodations will be at the attendee's expense. Additional information such as the exact meeting location and time of the conference will be provided to the registered attendees at a later date.
