- Bid Schedule Solicitation This is a solicitation for transportation, removal and compliant disposal of hazardous was and hazardous materials located at Anniston, AL and surrounding areas. This is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) SP4500-15-R-0006. This procurement is a woman owned small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code of 562211. T he resulting contract will be a firm-fixed priced contract. All proposals from eligible offerors shall include a completed FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The clauses and provisions included in this RFP by reference can be accessed electronically at these addresses: http://www.arnet.gov/far/ and http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.Contract award will be based upon the evaluation factors of price and conformance to the solicitation. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Kimberly.DanielRay@dla.mil. The issue date for this RFP is March 26, 2015, and the closing date is April 21, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Submit complete RFP packages along with a completed bid schedule and a completed FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items by e-mail to Kimberly.DanielRay@dla.mil. All eligible responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered for award.
